Job Responsibilities
- Handle pre-sales activities and post-sales activities on the services offering provided by Green Radar.
- Working with the sales team and meeting with customers on the solution demonstration, solution onboarding and handle customer requests.
- Working with developers, backend system engineer on solution enhancements.
- Develop effective way on solution implementation methodology, improvement of customer experience on Green Radar solution.
- The role may cover HK and South East Asia such as Malaysia and Thailand.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Requires background in cybersecurity solution deployment and selling.
- A good knowledge of network and system, cybersecurity such as phishing, malware attacks.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in solution implementation or selling.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and project management skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
