Job Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain IT infrastructure solutions on multi-cloud environments including but not limited to backup, database, event monitoring, event streaming, email system, DNS, SIEM, OKD, etc.
- Solution deployment on Green Radar services.
- Perform troubleshooting, support and proactive performance tuning to achieve service level objective.
- Implement system automation as required for efficiency improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Technical knowledge on dockers and container, SIEM tools and nosql database
- Experience on cloud infrastructure such as AWS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure design, maintenance and support including Windows and Linux platform.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
- Able to work in non-office hours for urgent incidents.
