Overview
Our Management Trainee Program is designed for recent graduates who are eager to develop their leadership skills in a dynamic environment. This program offers hands-on experience across multiple departments, mentorship from industry leaders, and opportunities to tackle real business challenges.
What You'll Do
- Participate in a program spanning different lines of business, gaining exposure to key business functions.
- Collaborate on projects and initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with senior management team, receiving guidance and insights into strategic decision-making.
- Complete a capstone project that addresses a real business challenge, culminating in a presentation to senior management.

Job Requirements
- Final year students or recent graduates with a Bachelor's Degree or above and less than 2 years of experience.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Have a passion for learning and a drive to succeed in a leadership role.
- Be proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
